The artist I chose is Pipolotti Rist. I found out about her when our studio class went to the Anderson gallery, and if you haven't seen it you should definitely go! I admire what she is doing, I think its super fly. I am jealous of these exhibits and at the same time I want to spend all of my time in them. I think this is the direction I'm sort of leaning in, creating a world of aesthetics using specific sounds, colors, subjects, and shapes to emphasize their overall relationship. The interplay of these things I feel can be used to make not just areas of relaxation, but to ignite all of your emotions as the experience itself.
